WA Brewers Fest - 2022

That’s a wrap on the 2022 Wa Brewers Fest! Had so much fun with the whole fam on site!

Thank you SO much to all the fans of BreakThru that came out and the multitude of people who came back 2,3,4 times to use their drink tokens on our beers. The amount of people that commented on how they thought our beers were the best of the festival was staggering, shocking, and so very appreciated. Comments like those mean so much to us as a new, small brewery and with so many (over 400 beers pouring at any given moment!) beers available at this event it’s incredible to feel like we do right now so thank you!!

Brewers Tournament - Flatstick PSQ

Cheers to @flatstickpub ‘s annual Brewers tournament! With resident tap handles on the line, the competition was fierce but we’re thrilled to share we placed 2nd (congrats to @narrowsbrewing and @7seasbrewing as well!) earning a FOUR MONTH resident tap handle at the Pioneer Square location!

Catch us on draft at PSQ and head down for mini golf, duffleboard, pockets, and a whole lot of WA craft beer!

Collaboration - Mirage Beer Company

Cooked up something special with our friends @miragebeer today! This was one of our favorite, a NEIPA loaded with Citra Incognito & t90, Talus, and Australia’s newest release from @hopproductsaustralia Eclipse!

Collaboration - Ember Goods Coffee

Thrilled with the first BreakThru Imperial Stout. Partnering with our friends @embergoods we took our decadent stout base and first conditioned on a massive amount of @vanillasoftheworld Comoros Vanilla beans. We then let the coffee experts do their thing, and they created an indulgent blend of Sumatra, Colombia, and Ethiopian beans for us. A ultra concentrated cold brew was made, then infused into the finished beer. Thus, Vanilla Affogato was born! Rich, creamy, and smooth, full of sweet caramel, vanilla marshmallows, espresso, and a hint of sweet bourbon linger.

    This past fall our DDH Riwak’n on Air IPA was awarded DOUBLE GOLD at Sip NW Best of the NW Competition, can’t wait to add this one to the wall!
